We are here for you, providing all our registered clients with complimentary pet support and advice thanks to our partnership with Vidivet, ensuring that you have peace of mind as a pet owner knowing that help is just a message or video call away outside of regular hours, alleviating stress and assuring you that both you and your beloved pet are in the most capable hands.

Can I use VidiVet in an emergency?

The VidiVet app is not suitable for situations where your pet is in distress or facing a life-threatening crisis. If you believe an emergency is occurring or if your pet’s condition suddenly worsens, please reach out to your veterinary practice or out-of-hours provider immediately.

Can I ask about multiple pets?

Yes, you can absolutely ask about multiple pets, whether you have one or ten. At Warren House Veterinary Centre, we encourage you to create individual pet profiles for each of your furry friends in the app. Simply tap on the ‘My Pets’ icon at the bottom, and you can easily add new profiles or edit your existing ones, making it simple to keep track of all your pets’ needs.
