With effect from 1st December 2022, we will be changing our policy on dealing with insurance claims. We will no longer be processing direct insurance claims on your behalf. You will need to pay for treatment on the day and submit your claim directly to your insurer. We will continue to process existing continuation claims only.
We may still consider claims of over £500 only, however, these will be assessed on an individual basis and determined at our discretion and following successful pre-authorisation.
If you need help completing your claims, we are happy to guide you through the process and will not apply administration charges for this assistance.
