Many veterinary surgeries are not accepting new clients due to full capacity. We have managed to reorganise our work, and welcome new members of staff, so we are pleased to say we are still open for new clients and their pets.

Although media focused on the lack of truck drivers, Brexit and COVID hit lots of industries and staff shortages are now fairly common. Veterinary is no different and with the massive increase in pets (during lockdown and after), we face increase in demand and difficulties to accommodate it.

We still keep our waiting times low, 1-3 days for routine appointments and within 1-2 weeks for surgery, including keyhole spays. Although we are very busy at times and fully booked, we will always see emergencies on the day. We will never turn you away.
